HEALTH STATEMENT AND GUARANTEE

STATEMENT

Our Sires & Dams are in excellent health.  We protect our dogs against heartworms, fleas, ticks, intestinal worms and parasites, rabies, and other diseases as directed by our veterinarian.  Your puppy will leave our home dewormed and vaccinated with his/her first round of immunizations.

Please remember, until your puppy has received all puppy shots, he/she is at risk for contracting diseases which can be fatal.  Please do not expose your puppy to animals other than your family pets, and only if they have been immunized.

GUARANTEE

You have 72 hours to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian.  If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic condition, we will refund your adoption fee in exchange for the puppy and veterinarian documentation.  If a genetic condition arises within the first year of the pup's life that may not have been determined within the first 72 hours, we will consider a refund on a case by case basis.  We realize some conditions are not recognizable within the first 72 hours.  This health guarantee does not include intestinal worms or parasites, mites, skin or eye-related conditions.

I UNDERSTAND THIS CONTRACT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.  I ALSO UNDERSTAND MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE PROVIDED THAT ENOUGH PUPPIES ARE BORN TO SATISFY MY POSITION ON TEXAS PRIDE'S WAITING LIST FOR THIS LITTER.
